Two locations – One philosophy

We support you from the beginning. Our manufacturing options range from small parts of all kinds to sheet metal assemblies, racks, frames and chassis to complex car or minibus substructures for the automotive industry.

This high bandwidth results from our broad technical capabilities in metal processing and the use of the latest simulation software. This way we can meet your requirements and develop high-quality products together with you in combination with laser cutting, punching technology and tool technology. When you make an inquiry, we will analyze which of our technologies is the most cost-effective for your products. At this early stage our construction designers plan production steps as effectively as possible. In the next step our experienced skilled workers take care of the necessary fine-tuning. Communication between the departments is of particular importance. The years of successful cooperation between all departments has always been very important to us and will of course remain so in the future. The following applies to you as our customer: Our experts will always be at your side with help and advice. Do not hesitate to contact us, so that we can find a good manufacturing option together.

With our modern CO2– and fiber glass lasers we cut plates with high precision. Clean parts with minimal burr are guaranteed. Our sheet metal production is specialized in the production of components in the range of thin to heavy plates. Small and medium series are sensibly displayed on our laser cutting systems. We are able to laser boards up to a size of 1500 x 3000 mm. Various materials are used: steel up to 25 mm, aluminum up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm, copper up to 6 mm, brass up to 8 mm and bronze up to 6 mm. With optimal nesting, we are able to work in a material saving manner.

With our modern CNC-controlled press brakes we are able to produce complex products with high accuracy and sheet metal parts up to a length of 4200 mm. We are able to process materials made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass in the folding and bending technology. This enables us to meet the needs of our customers, from simple angles to complex chassis.

Our welding specialist engineers and welding specialists consider from the beginning if a device is necessary for your metal products. If needed, it can be developed in our tool shop and build with cost efficiency. Our production range in this area of metal processing extends from small parts to all types of sheet metal assemblies, frames, racks and chassis to complex car or minibus substructures for the automotive industry.

Of course, all common welding processes take place here:

  • TIG welding
  • MAG/MIG welding
  • Spot welding
  • Robot welding

We are certified according to CL welding and the highest requirements in accordance with the 15085-2 CL2 standard and ISO 3834-2:2007.

We provide a wide range of services in the field of metal forming and stamping technology, also due to our own tool construction. Our motto also applies here: All from a single source!

Our machine park includes servo presses, eccentric presses and hydraulic presses with a press force of 60 to 250 tons. Here we can process all common materials.

In the stamping technology area, we differentiate between two productions processes. On one hand the “inlay” and on the other the “customize from the coil”. While “inlay” is self-explanatory, the “customize of the coil” is an automatic production. We decide here at the beginning of your inquiry process which technology is effective and cost-saving for your product.

We have many years of experience in the field of module production, including for customers from the automotive sector. Assemblies with and without electrical components are carried out by our employees. It is of course also possible to pick up modules to be assembled from you and deliver them to you after completion.

From customer advice to tool design to the finished tool and further to the initial sampling of the sample series, in order to start series production after customer approval.

The CAD tool design is carried out in-house according to customer specifications based on component drawings and CAD data. We can design and build punching tools, bending tools and progressive tools.

Our tool shop also supports our production with the maintenance of the tools and devices.

Our quality management is very close to the production. There is a daily exchange between the quality management and our production department. In addition to the usual caliper and angle, the test devices also include a measuring microscope and a 3-D measuring machine. Quality control cards and inspection charts are our daily business, especially in the automotive sector. We can also prepare test reports according to VDA on request.

All common surfaces – electroplating, lacquer and powder coating – are carried out by our partners. Most of them are located close to us, so that we can guarantee short distances and less environmental pollution. Here is a brief overview of the “common surfaces”: powder coating, wet painting, KTL coating, galvanizing, tinning, chrome plating, pickling, etc.

Here is a rough overview of the sectors we are working for: automotive industry, medical technology, vehicle technology, agriculture, lighting technology, air conditioning technology, drive technology, rail automation, optical inspection systems for the electronics industry…

Of course, spare parts can also be delivered after the serial production. However, it must be noted, that this applies to laser processing and assembly in general, but for forming technology, stamping technology and welding technology it is only possible as long as the devices or tools are still with us.
