H. NIEMEYER
On 01.01.1948, the Niemeyer tool manufacture was founded by the master toolmaker Hermann Niemeyer. The company has constantly evolved over the years to meet the needs of its customers in the best possible way.
Our history:
1948
Foundation as a company for the production of tools by
the master toolmaker Hermann Niemeyer
1955
Start of production of stamped parts for the automotive industry
1972
New building at the present location in Hildesheim-Bavenstedt
and change of name to H. Niemeyer GmbH
1980 - 1984
Entry into CNC machining for the automotive industry with lathes
and machining centres, as well as machines for sheet metal production
1992 - 1997
Expansion of the stamping factory with eccentric, hydraulic and transfer presses,
as well as expansion to include a production hall and a warehouse
1996
Foundation of H. Niemeyer Polserw Sp. z o.o. with partners in
Krapkowice (Poland) for production of simple metal parts
2004
In Krapkowice (Poland), start of cooperation in sheet metal
production with customers from the automotive and railway sectors
2007 - 2012
Modernisation of the production in Hildesheim through extensive and regular investments, e.g:
Laser cutting machines, bending benches, punching presses, welding robots, etc.
2010
Start of chassis production for a well-known automotive customer in Krapkowice (Poland).
New introduction of an ERP system in Hildesheim
2016
Complete takeover of the shares in H. Niemeyer Polserw Sp. z o.o. with integration into
the Niemeyer Group and joint market presence
2016 - 2018
Expansion of the plant in Hildesheim and relocation of the
Polish site from Krapkowice to the new building in the neighbouring
town of Gogolin. Subsequent implementation of the ERP system
already established in Hildesheim at H. Niemeyer Polserw Sp. z o.o..
